– Maximum Guests: Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and the studio a maximum of 2, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years old.

If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 100% of the booking amount (minus the service fee).
